In this post, we demenstrate and show the process taken to redo the 1963 Corvette 327 Engine Paint.
We have installed the remaining parts that needed to be on the engine for paint and we have painted the engine. We have also started to install the remaining components on the engine after paint.

Next we coated the exhaust manifolds with the correct paint over spray.
Here is the original style fuel pump we got from Paragon. Everything appears correct on the pump, however we did find one thing wrong. We removed all the screws on the pump and painted them black oxide.

We blasted and painted the engine pulleys.
This is the idler pulley assembly. We were missing this part and ordered it from Paragon. It came with a zinc plated pulley which is correct for early 63. For our year, we painted the pulley gloss black.
