In this post, we will show and demonstrate the process taken to complete the 1967 Mustang Fastback Body Assembly.

We have installed the tail lights, assembled some of the front suspension, cleaned-fixed-installed the fresh air vents, and cleaned and installed the under dash sound deadner.

We cleaned and re-blacked the under dash firewall insulation.  You may need to apply a couple coats to give it a firm foundation.

Here the firewall insulation is installed.  To find out how to completely install the fire wall insulation on a 1967 Mustang fastback, search online or go to YouTube for “How to…” videos.

We cleaned and painted the fresh air vents.  Best way is to hang the vent by a coat hanger in the paint shop and gently spray a few coats to each side.

We found new hardware and fabricated some new mounting studs for the fresh air vents.
