In this post, we will demonstrate the process taken to complete the 1967 Mustang Fastback Sound Deadner.

We have installed sound deadner in the Mustang and we have also set the engine and transmission into place.

Here you can see the sound deadner being placed on the bottom of the cab in precise locations to prevent and isolate the sound that would be produced in the cab.   The sound deadner material is extremely easy to use, mold, and cut into the shape that is needed.  You can take preliminary measurements and then cut, or hold the material to the surface and cut the shape that is needed.

Here is photo of the engine and transmission being installed and situated in place.  It was time consuming but fairly easy due to nothing in the way giving more room to work with and around.
